Concept of Departments / Teams, fine grained permissions

  • managers can edit tickets for their department
  • supervisors can assign taks

UI tweaks

  • show or hide certain buttons / links based on role

  • keep a log of changes in a separate table, eg - user x changed frole from user to admin at time Y
